This semester I am taking eighteen hours of classes. I have decided on Computer Science as my major. I am still taking mostly general classes, but I do have one C programming class.
One of the benifits to learning C is that the sytax of C is very similar to PHP. I have been able to use a lot of what I have learned in my php files. So far I am just getting the basics down, using functions, declaring variables, if then statements, switch, while and do while loops. We are beggining to get into arrays, which are a little different in php but the concepts are the same. I am hoping to begin writing tutorials for C and or PHP not only to help me learn a little better, but also to help others who want to learn.
